About Windsong Manor

Windsong Manor in Dallas, Georgia is a quaint enclave that is part of the larger master-planned community of Seven Hills. Windsong Manor offers low-maintenance living with great amenities. Located just 40 miles from Atlanta, the surrounding area offers an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Residents enjoy the quiet neighborhood feel of this community with the conveniences of a large city close by.

Windsong Manor Amenities

Residents of Windsong Manor have access to charming amenities at their private clubhouse. The clubhouse includes an exercise room where homeowners can stay in shape as well as a meeting room where they can gather with friends. A catering kitchen is also available for preparing a quick snack. Outside, residents have a grilling deck for showcasing their BBQ skills to their neighbors.

Homeowners also have full access to the Seven Hills Clubhouse just down the street from Windsong Manor. Here, residents can join others in the card room for a game of euchre or in the multi-purpose room for one of the many scheduled activities. Tennis players will love the ten tennis courts just outside the clubhouse and the resort-style pool is a great place for a swim. Homeowners can take the grandkids to the zero-entry pool and water slide or playground. Those with a green thumb can enjoy the community garden located throughout the community. Residents of Windsong Manor truly enjoy some of the best amenities in the Atlanta area.

Windsong Manor Homes & Real Estate

Construction began in Windsong Manor in 2013 by Windsong Properties and plans call for 48 single-family homes upon completion. These single-family homes offer 1,845 to 3,060 square feet of living space and have three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Some models offer unfinished basements or second floors that can be customized to finished living spaces.

Windsong Manor Lifestyle

Residents of Windsong Manor enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle. General maintenance of the community grounds and lawn care of all homes is covered with a low monthly homeowners' association (HOA) fee. While there are currently no established clubs within Windsong Manor, residents still enjoy a full calendar of clubs and activities in the Seven Hills clubhouse. The low-maintenance lifestyle offered gives residents the freedom to do what they choose and not be burdened with typical home maintenance.

Located in Dallas, Georgia the area around Windsong Manor offers endless opportunities for shopping, dining, and entertainment. With close proximity to major highways travel to the rest of Georgia is a breeze. Atlanta is just 40 miles away and offers a myriad of things to do. The Atlanta International Airport is one of the largest in the country and is serviced by all major airlines.
