in 2014 this active adult community was completed with 725 single-family homes at Del Webb in Mundelein, Illinois. There are 22 single-family ranch floor plans to choose from that range from 1,197 to nearly 3,000 square feet. All of the homes include a minimum of two bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages but the larger homes offer three-car garages and additional bedrooms and bathrooms.
