Park Place on the Green is a lovely 55+ community in Crest Hill, Illinois. Residents enjoy living in a private community with neighbors who share the same active and carefree lifestyle. With less than a hundred homes in the community, neighbors can easily become lifelong friends. This active adult neighborhood offers affordable low-maintenance homes on a resale only basis. Its central location in Will County makes access to major roadways, daily conveniences, and big-city entertainment a breeze.

Residents can enjoy the community s great landscaping and mature trees throughout the summer months. There is a trail that s perfect for a brisk walk or invigorating jog. Additionally, Park Place on the Green includes a stocked fishing pond complete with a pier. Homeowners enjoy living in a private setting with a gated entrance and fenced community.

Park Place on the Green encompasses 76 homes that were built by Colony Builders between 1999 and 2004. In total, there are 27 buildings with two or three units ranging from about 1,050 to 1,400 square feet in size. These attached residences were built with nine-foot first-floor ceilings and come as a ranch or two-story home with first-floor master suites. They typically offer one to two bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and an attached garage. Some homes were built with basements and patios for extra entertaining space.

With two casinos, Louis Joliet Mall, Rialto Square Theatre, and Chicagoland Speedway there's endless entertainment.
