About Village at New Bethel

Village at New Bethel Patio Homes in Indianapolis, Indiana plans to include up to 500 homes in the neighborhood when completed. Currently, the Franklin Township community includes 455 attached and detached single-family homes and the final phase is in progress. The homes range in size from 1,327 to 3,432 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. The builders, D.R. Horton and Westport Homes, designed many flexible floor plans with several features and options available. Homebuyers can add optional sunrooms, bonus rooms, and expanded master bathrooms to customize their homes to compliment their active lifestyles.

D.R. Horton offers six distinct floor plans ranging from 1,327 to 1,845 square feet. These homes include two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Additional features include spacious kitchens with breakfast bars, optional sunrooms, ample great rooms, and luxurious primary bedroom retreats.

With a homeowners’ association that monitors all lawn care and seasonal snow removal, residents can spend more time using the community’s amenities, which include a pool house, outdoor pool, paved walking trails, a basketball court, and several scenic ponds. The neighborhood places residents close to a public library, golf course, and a community park, with a variety of options for dining and entertainment. The Village at New Bethel Patio Homes present homebuyers with both recently built and resale homes in a low-maintenance community on the southeast side of Indianapolis.
