Gary Jones, an award-winning developer, designed this neighborhood of townhomes to provide a carefree lifestyle that enjoys a convenient location 25 miles southwest of Downtown Kansas City. Prospective homebuyers will appreciate the floor plans that include first-floor master suites without having to give up size and style.

Homes within The Courts at Fairfield Village were designed around courtyards, providing thoughtful outdoor amenities where it s easy to get to know new neighbors and make lifelong friends. The courtyards include a small pocket park with benches and sidewalks. In addition, walking and biking paths located within and around the community are the perfect way to enjoy fresh air while taking a brisk walk or invigorating bike ride.

Gary Jones began building The Courts at Fairfield Village in 2008. Upon the community s completion it will contain 80 townhomes.
Homebuyers can find a new or resale home with a unique floor plan that offers two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There are six models that range in size from 2,185 and 2,557 square feet.
All homes are attached, situated in a courtyard formation, and include first-floor master suites. Additional features include eight-foot doors, a minimum of 10-foot ceilings on the main level, granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors, and large walk-in showers.
The Courts at Fairfield Village Lifestyle
With less than 100 homes, residents know their neighbors in a tight-knit community setting. The homeowners association (HOA) collects dues that cover tedious outdoor chores like roof and gutter repair, exterior painting, lawn landscaping, common area maintenance, as well as trash and sewer bills. With the HOA handling such chores, residents have more time to travel, explore the local area, or host neighborhood events with fellow homeowners.

The Courts at Fairfield Village is situated at the corner of West 169th Place and South Mur-Len Road. This low-maintenance townhome community is located in Olathe about 30 minutes south of Kansas City. The Courts at Fairfield Village
Had a chance to visit the models recently and this place is very nice. It is in a quiet area with very little traffic and the homes are gorgeous. They have very nice upgrades and the streets are well laid out.
We have lived at the Courts at Fairfield Village for 1.5 years and love it! All of the homes feature ranch style attached homes with 10' ceilings on the main floor and 9' basement ceilings. All units have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 or 3 bathrooms. All exteriors are stucco and stone and all units have covered decks. Construction is high quality. This is a maintenance provided community, and the monthly fees are low. Building insurance and all water usage is included in the maintenance fees as well as the lawn care, snow removal, exterior maintenance, etc. The community is very close – we even have breakfast together every Tuesday morning at one of the local grocery store restaurants. Phase 1 and 2 are sold out, but phase 3 will be opening this fall.
