Legacy at Cherry Tree is a 55+ community in Laurel, Maryland. Ryan Homes built 120 low-maintenance condominium units in mid-rise buildings equipped with elevators. Legacy at Cherry Tree is a modern community that provides private amenities and a carefree lifestyle.

This active adult community is located in Maryland's Howard County, within a close proximity to shopping and daily conveniences. Legacy at Cherry Tree's central location to major roadways makes visiting Washington D.C. and Baltimore a breeze.

I give this place one star because I am living here. I moved in in May 2014 and cannot express enough my disappointment in throwing away good money. The soundproofing between the floors is the biggest injustice to all residents. You literally have to creep through your unit in order not to disturb the residents below you and God help you if you don’t have a top unit. The so-called “upgraded” appliances are a joke! Fortunately, I am still working but when I am ready to retire, I can move away from here!
