These low-maintenance condos ensure residents spend more time on their favorite hobbies and activities instead of on chores and home maintenance. Legacy at Gateway Homes & Real Estate

This condominium community consists of 70 units. Built between 2010 and 2012, these condos are 1,420 to 1,700 square feet in size and feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample parking in the community parking lot.
