Construction of The Preserve at Hunters Hill began in 2007 and, upon completion, the community will feature 140 homes. This community is being built in two phases. The first phase offers single-family residences that are aproximately 1,108 square feet and feature two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Residents can choose from six floor plans or live in their own custom design. Some features available include maple cabinets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a sunroom, and a deck.
The second phase, built by Long Built Homes, adds another four floor plans of single-family homes. These range from 1,760 to 2,727 and have two bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. Additional features in some homes include studies, four-seasons rooms, and game rooms.
