Residents will live near a golf course as well as a nature preserve, while daily conveniences and restaurants are just a short drive away in Rowley.

Rolling Green at Topsfield Amenities & Lifestyle

Residents of Rolling Green at Topsfield can relax in an open green space planned for the center of the community. Walking paths will wind through this park, leading to a scenic pavilion for hosting picnics and get-togethers. A homeowners’ association provides maintenance-free living by taking care of landscaping, snow removal, and building maintenance. With few responsibilities to worry about, residents can spend more time traveling, catching up with family and friends, or pursuing hobbies.

Rolling Green at Topsfield Homes & Real Estate

C.P. Berry Homes began construction of Rolling Green at Topsfield in 2017 and plans to build 30 attached homes in duplex-style buildings. Homes range in size from 2,200 to 2,600 square feet and have two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached one or two-car garage. Each home features a first-floor master suite, living room with a gas fireplace, modern kitchen with granite countertops, and guest bedroom and bath on the second floor. Additional living space will be offered in select homes ranging from optional four-season sunrooms to seasonal screened rooms and finished lower-level great rooms.

Area

Rolling Green at Topsfield is located right across from the New Meadows Golf Club. Ipswich Country Club and Rowley Country Club are also in the area for more golf outings. Willowdale State Forest is nearby, with hiking trails, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and a pond for boating and fishing. Restaurants and shopping centers can be found just north of the community. Rowley Marketplace includes Market Basket grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Bank of America, and T.J. Maxx. Royal Orchid, Spud’s Restaurant & Pub, and El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant are local favorites for dining.

Boston is about 40 minutes south of the community. For long-distance travel, residents can either use Boston Logan International Airport or Portsmouth International Airport. Rolling Green at Topsfield, MA offers active adults a maintenance-free lifestyle in a quiet setting near popular amenities.
