About Summer Reach

Summer Reach is a 55-plus community located in Plymouth, MA being built by Thorndike Development. Upon completion, it will have 100 attached homes, as well as 14 single-family homes. The community will feature private, modern amenities including a central clubhouse and outdoor pool. It offers the best of New England lifestyle, with lush green space, four-season climate, and promotes an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Summer Reach Amenities

The focal point of Summer Reach’s amenities will be the clubhouse, where residents can meet with neighbors in the multi-purpose room, access the community pool and lounge chairs. Summer Reach will also feature Victory Gardens, where residents can come together and plant their own flowers and vegetables alongside their neighbors. The community will also be finely landscaped, pedestrian friendly, and feature various greenspaces.

Summer Reach Homes and Real Estate

Thorndike Development started construction on Summer Reach in 2017. Upon completion, the community plans to include 100 attached homes and 14 single-family homes. These homes come in floor plans ranging from 1,859 to 2,456 square feet in living space. They have two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and two-car garages. They feature open floor plans, modern kitchens, full-height basements, and walk-in closets.

Summer Reach Lifestyle

Residents will enjoy various clubs and community events with neighbors. Planting and gardening at Victory Gardens will be a center point of the Summer Reach lifestyle. Homeowner’s Association Fee’s at Summer Reach will range from $340-$389, that will allow residents to live a maintenance free lifestyle while the community takes care of their home’s outdoor needs. Residents will also enjoy the many outdoor attractions the area has to offer, including kayaking and the neighboring walking trails.

Area

Plymouth is an ideal city for active adults. Cape Cod Bay is just a short drive away for those who embrace a waterfront lifestyle. Many of the areas amenities focus on outdoor activity. Across the street from Summer Reach is kayaking at the Billington Sea as well as miles of walking trails at Morton Park. There are many golf courses in the area to choose from, including country clubs. Conveniently located directly behind the community is a shopping center featuring Shaw’s, CVS, Walgreens, and W Fitness.

Summer Reach is located just a mile from downtown Plymouth where residents will find various restaurants and beaches. Pilgrims Highway is minutes away, which leads to nearby Boston and Logan Airport for those looking for a relaxing vacation.
