While most of these models offer two-story homes, all floor plans have first-floor master suites. The townhomes in the community range in size from 1,789 to 2,250 square feet of living space. Each home has at least two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached one or two-car garage. Second-floor lofts or basements offer the perfect space for an office or den.
