The Gardens of Belle Pointe Homes & Real Estate

Pinnacle Development & Construction began building The Gardens of Belle Pointe in 2018 with plans to complete 43 single-family homes in the 55+ section of the neighborhood. Buyers have four models to choose from. The Waverly and the Devonshire total 2,030 square feet while the Clearwater and the Aspen each measure 2,066 square feet. Homes have three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as attached two-car garages.

The home models in The Gardens of Belle Pointe offer a number of features that active adults will appreciate. All four models have two stories with first-floor master suites for convenience. Upstairs, the homes have a recreation room with an attached bath. Outside, residents have a generous front porch to greet guests and a sizable veranda in the back of the house to enjoy Mississippi's moderate climate through each season.
