The Fountains at Raintree Lake is a low-maintenance community in Lee's Summit, Missouri. As a part of the larger Raintree Lake master-planned community, residents enjoy a great lineup of amenities centered around beautiful Lake Raintree, including clubhouses, a pool, and boat docks. The 176 single-family homes of The Fountains at Raintree Lake were built between 2004 and 2016 by Glen Jones Homes, Inc. During the initial development, five floorplans were offered that ranged in size from 1,540 to 1,705 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two or three-car garages. Spacious first-floor master suites were available on all models along with screened-in porches, central vacuum systems, and kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Custom-built homes were also available and, while in keeping with the community's overall style, may offer different features and configurations.
