Kootenai Creek Village offers a select number of attached homes that range from approximately 800 to over 1,300 square feet. These homes feature one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and one or two-car garage.

Keetenai Creek Village is comprised of mostly single-family homes. These homes are available on a new or resale basis. Ranging in size from 1,400 to approximately 2,100 square feet, these homes offer one or two bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and an attached two or three-car garage. Homebuyers will be pleased with the granite countertops and cherry cabinetry found throughout these homes.
