Sun City Aliante was constructed by Del Webb between 2003 and 2008. The community was a resounding success and the community sold out in just over five years. There are no new construction homes available but there are numerous resale homes at Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas.

Del Webb offered seven single-family floor plan choices throughout the construction of Sun City Aliante. The homes range in size from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet. Sun City Aliante is only 15 miles north of the famous Las Vegas Strip. The community's proximity to I-215 means that almost any destination in the Valley is accessible in 30 to 60 minutes including McCarran International Airport, Lake Mead and downtown Las Vegas.
