There are several detached and attached models with efficient interior plans and highly appealing architectural details. All residences have one or two-car garages. Homes feature two bedrooms and two baths, except for the smallest courtyard model which has one bedroom and one bath. The detached courtyard homes include attic storage and nine-foot ceilings.
All residences feature separate utility/laundry rooms, pre-wired home security systems, plush wall to wall carpet, covered entries with open foyers, pull-down stairs for the attics, spacious closets, and ceramic tile entry foyers. Breakfast bars and fireplaces are optional features for the detached homes. The detached ranch homes have optional screened porches, sitting rooms, expanded great rooms, fireplaces, or second master bedrooms. Residences start at 986 square feet and go up to a comfortable 1,868 square feet. Monthly association dues are reasonable with courtyard homeowners paying a slightly higher amount.

We have been here almost two months. We love it. Wonderful amenities like the pool, and clubhouse. Super clean and well kept properties and the homes are affordable. I would highly recommend a look around!
For a single person on a budget this is a really great place. The homes are really affordable and at this stage in my life I don't want to worry about finances or spending beyond my means. The clubhouse here has all the basic things I could want (and some stuff I don't even use). I've met good people here and enjoy playing bocce, cards and pool with the guys.
