About Covington Village

Covington Village is a beautiful 55+ condominium community in Lakewood, New Jersey. With 360 units spread across 35 acres, Covington Village allows residents to downsize their home without sacrificing outdoor space. A well-equipped clubhouse acts as the meeting point for the community, giving residents plenty of opportunities to stay physically fit and socially active.

Covington Village Amenities

At the center of Covington Village is the 12,000 square-foot clubhouse. Work out in the exercise room before relaxing in the sauna or visiting the on-site day spa. Residents can socialize in the banquet hall, attend a viewing in the movie theater, or relax in the library or the billiards room. Covington Village also provides residents with computer access in their business center.

Outdoors, residents have a pool, whirlpool spa, and patio for enjoying the warmer months. Two bocce ball courts, a BBQ area, and scenic ponds round out the amenities available at Covington Village.

Covington Village Homes & Real Estate

Covington Village has 360 units that were constructed between 2005 and 2012 by Matzel Development. These condominium units range in size from 890 to 1,165 square feet and offer one or two bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and parking in front of each building. Homeowners enjoy the terrific features in each unit like hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, and a covered terrace for each home.

The homeowners' association at Covington Village provides residents with true maintenance-free living. The reasonable monthly fee includes common area maintenance, water, and sewer as well as lawn mowing and snow removal.

Living in Covington Village means taking part in a socially active lifestyle. Residents frequently gather for events like football viewing parties, holiday parties, the men's club, and Sunday brunches. With several activities to take part in and a terrific clubhouse at your disposal, your social calendar will always be full.

Area

Covington Village in Lakewood, New Jersey is located off of Route 70 just west of the Garden State Parkway. There are several stores just four miles away including a Target, Lowe's, and Costco. For farther travel, Philadelphia International Airport is approximately 60 miles away.

The area immediately around Covington Village is also a recreational and golfing haven. Residents have Pine Barrens Golf Club, Woodlake Country Club and the Eagle Ridge Golf Club all just a short drive away. Lakewood is home to Lake Carasaljo, Ocean County Park, and Lake Shenandoah County Park, all with miles of hiking trails, acres of sports facilities, and camping areas. Downtown Philadelphia and New York City are about 65 miles away for big-city entertainment. Covington Village has the amenities and location to make it a terrific active adult community in Lakewood, New Jersey.
