Located in Whiting, New Jersey, Crestwood Village 3 is an established community that is restricted to residents aged 55 and better. This beautiful community contains many exciting features including a charming clubhouse with both indoor and outdoor amenities and low-maintenance attached homes. This tight-knit community offers a safe and friendly environment.

The community's prime location in Ocean County is set beside the natural beauty of tall trees and blooming flowers. The surrounding areas include the perfect mix of historic districts, modern-day suburban centers and beautiful natural settings.

Crestwood Village 3 Amenities

Crestwood Village 3 has an exclusive clubhouse known as Unity Hall. Here, residents come together year-round to engage in social, recreational and artistic events. Unity Hall contains a large ballroom with a stage, multi-purpose room, library and card room. Outside of the clubhouse residents can enjoy bocce ball and shuffleboard courts. Residents can appreciate the lush trees of the community in the gazebo.

Crestwood Village 3 Homes & Real Estate

Crestwood Village 3 is made up of 1,010 attached homes. All homes within Crestwood Village 3 are co-op homes and are not allowed to be financed so homes have to be bought with cash. There were a variety of floor plans offered within the community that range from approximately 537 to over 1,800 square feet of living space. All homes feature one or two bedrooms and one to two bathrooms. These low-maintenance homes also either have a garage or a designated parking spot.

Homeowners pay a monthly homeowners association fee that covers lawn maintenance, snow removal, and access to the clubhouse and activities. Taxes are also covered in this fee.

Residents of Crestwood Village 3 enjoy a rich active adult lifestyle. The charming clubhouse contains many amenities, as well as the perfect setting for a range of social clubs that meet on a regular basis. We bought our unit in October and couldn’t be happier. We have friends that fell in love with our village as well and are buying here too. Great place to retire!

A very Bias community

10 year ago three was a jewel of the Crestwood Villages. Now the place is a dump. Except the land of the haves. The Village is in two sections haves and have nots. Half trustees live either across the the street or next door in the land of haves.
The homes have documented crawl space issues which the Trusrees won’t share with certificate holders or address. Run and listen to your Realtor.
Look up at the roofs and their patches. Be prepared for the leaks and you to pay to fix your ceilings insurance won’t cover due to their negligence.
Let not forget the up front fee for a background check to see if the want to let you into their Village. When their a problem that their responsibility. You will get a song and a dance complete with a band.

I am looking to buy into one of the crest woods. I have been to some of the clubhouses seeking information on listings. The people of this community (CRESTWOOD III) should be VERY proud of the staff who run their office. They were friendly and kind and answered all my question about the listing I was interested in. They gave me a tour of the club house . They told me of the plan to keep their community updated and maintained. Their recorded keeping was spot on. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience!
