Northvale Greens, LLC began construction of Paris Square in 2000 and plans to build 88 condominium units total. Homes range in size from 820 to 1,537 square feet across eleven distinct floor plans. These condominium homes feature one to three bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and include assigned parking spaces on the first floor of each building. Features in these homes include spacious kitchens and owner's suites with walk-in closets. Additional features in some units include ensuite primary bathrooms, kitchen islands, and terraces.

Paris Square is located in the northeast corner of New Jersey near the Hudson River and New York border. ShopRite Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, and Chase Bank are all nearby. Woo-Ri Mart offers a great selection of seafood, meats, and produce along with hot Korean-style dishes made to order. Residents don’t have to go far to find fantastic restaurants. Across the state line, Giulios Restaurant serves Italian fare in a classy Queen Anne house with live entertainment on weekends.

Golfers can also check out Rockland Country Club, Alpine Country Club, and Edgewood Country Club. Newark Liberty International Airport is about a 45-minute drive away.
