Venue at Princeton Parke, previously known as Villagio, is 55+ community in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. This community's location in Middlesex County allows homeowners to easily access the persk of the surrounding area. Flowering ornamental urns and cobblestone curbs line the streets of this Italian-themed community which was originally developed to look like a village set on the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside. Scenic paths wind through the area, and lots of open green spaces and a large pond along the main street create a relaxing ambiance. In 2014, Lennar took over the community and began offering four unique floor plans.

This community will feature a total of 210 upscale single-family residences. Since some styles are individually tailored to their surroundings and buyers are able to customize, each residence has its own unique, yet luxurious style. Residents will also find everything they need or want for daily life within a short distance of the community. This desirable community is age-restricted and requires at least one occupant to be 55 or better.

Construction on The Venue at Princeton Parke began in 2008 on the 210 luxury estate homes. The community features expertly blended Italian-inspired architecture with modern functionality. Stucco exteriors feature trowel masonry stucco on all four sides and are enhanced by arched windows, hip roofs, and intricate roofing details. Many residences feature archways on covered balconies and dramatic Palladian windows.

The first models to be built offer living spaces that range from 2,409 to over 3,462 square feet. Buyers can choose first or second-floor locations for their master bedrooms. Other options include elevators, full basements, gyms, dance floors, offices and/or hobby rooms. The generously proportioned homes at Venue at Princeton Parke offer two, three, or four bedrooms.

Lennar took over construction in 2014 and began offering new single-family homes. These homes range from 2,140 to nearly 2,800 square feet and offer two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Some of these homes have desirable features like first-floor master suites, dens, and open floor plans.
