I've lived here for four years and love it! Everyone is so friendly and watch out for one another. You feel a great sense of community. It is very pet friendly with lots of dogs being walked. I'm 64 and would say I'm in the average age group of homeowners. My home backs the greenbelt so I get to see deer and wild turkeys running through the woods behind my home. Love the wildlife! My backyard is also totally fenced in, so I don't need to go out and walk my dogs during inclement weather! This is not like other 55+ communities that are mobile homes - these are manufactured homes on concrete foundations - definitely not mobile! Most homes also have garages and some have full basements, but the average home has 4" concrete crawls spaces, which helps with energy efficiency. This is a great place to live!
My mom has lived here for the last 18 years and loves it. Very friendly community, she has wonderful neighbors and has made great friends here also. The pool is terrific and she loves playing cards at the clubhouse. I love knowing she is in a safe gated community.
I've lived here almost 15 years. I'm a single guy and I like how friendly and casual it is here. It's nothing fancy but the people are great and I feel like I've got good friends looking out for me here. Over the years I've meet so many great people and I've talked a lot of my friends into moving here. We have a great time! We get together for coffee and donuts, play some shuffleboard or cards, go out to lunch and discuss random topics like politics, sports, movies, you name it. It you want a good home in a friendly community for a great price come check us out.
My mom lived here. Place is discusting. Maintenance fees are off the charts. Property values continuously go down. STAY AWAY.
