About Amber Meadows

Amber Meadows is an active adult community located in highly desirable Marvin, North Carolina. This is Pulte Homes' first 55+ community in this area. This age-restricted community features 44 single-family homes built in a natural, wooded setting with a nearby stream. Homebuyers have four single-level floorplans to chose from with a variety of customizable options. Marvin, NC is in the Charlotte metro-area and offers access to big-city shopping, amenities, and cultural attractions.

Amber Meadows Amenities & Lifestyle

Amber Meadows is set in a natural, wooded area that residents will enjoy. A scenic pond provides a tranquil space for nature lovers. Residents who enjoy physical activity or just a leisurely stroll will appreciate the walking path running through the community. Residents will be able to devote time to their hobbies and interests in this low-maintenance active adult community. A homeowners' association (HOA) takes care of exterior maintenance. In the warmer months, the HOA hires professionals to take care of residents' lawn maintenance needs, freeing up valuable time for homeowners to pursue other interests.

Amber Meadows Homes & Real Estate

Homebuyers have a choice of four single-family floorplans ranging in size from 2,264 to 2,565 square-feet. Pulte Homes built 44 homes in Amber Meadows. Each of the four floorplans is available with two to four bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. All homes feature first-floor master suites with optional tray ceilings and large walk-in-closets. These open floorplans have generous kitchens attached to living rooms and dining rooms. Outdoors, a covered lanai allows homeowners to enjoy the pleasant climate and natural scenery.
