These single-family homes also feature attached one- to two-car garages. Every floor plan also has an additional den space which can easily be converted into a home office or extra living space. Eden Hall is situated in the Charlotte area, allowing residents to live in a prime location that's close to everything they could want or need. Getting around town is easy with access to major roadways like Highway 51 and 74 as well as Interstate 485.     Homes felt dark and like an apartment and there is no outdoor space. Homes back up to busy, loud road. Way over-priced
