About The Courtyards of Marvin

The Courtyards of Marvin is a 55+ community in Marvin, North Carolina. This active adult community in the Charlotte area offers homebuyers thoughtfully designed floor plans that include main-level living with optional second-story lofts. The Courtyards of Marvin offers a laidback lifestyle with planned amenities available exclusively to residents. Conveniently located near the South Carolina border, residents have access to a variety of attractions throughout the surrounding area.

The Courtyards of Marvin Amenities

Once completed, residents will enjoy the use of a clubhouse complete with amenities to stay fit and social throughout the year. The Courtyards of Marvin's clubhouse is slated to include a multi-purpose room and catering kitchen, ideal for hosting meetings and events. The clubhouse will also include an exercise room and outdoor pool for fitness-related activities. Additional outdoor amenities will include walking and biking trails as well as scenic ponds.

The Courtyards of Marvin Homes & Real Estate

Epcon Communities opened this age-restricted community in early 2015 and encompasses 61 single-family homes. There are three floor plans from which to choose. Homebuyers can select a model from the Courtyard Collection that ranges in size from 1,519 to 2,769 square feet.

All homes include at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Second-story loft options include an additional living or entertaining space and an bathroom. These spacious homes also include a private courtyard for entertaining outdoors.

The Courtyards of Marvin Lifestyle

Homeowners never have to worry about lawn care or exterior maintenance of their homes because the association fee covers this. Instead of having to worry about exterior-home chores, residents have more time to socialize with like-minded neighbors or explore all that the area has to offer.

Area

The Courtyards of Marvin is located just west of Providence Road South (NC 16) and south of New Town Road. Less than one mile up the road in the neighboring city of Waxhaw, there is a CVS Pharmacy and New Town Market shopping center. There you will find a Bank of America, pizza restaurant, dry cleaners, bakery and caf , as well as other specialty shops and offices.

When traveling farther is needed, Charlotte Douglas International Airport is about 30 minutes away. The Courtyards of Marvin combines a quiet neighborhood setting that’s conveniently located to big-city attractions in Charlotte and nearby conveniences in Union County.
