The Villas of Gahanna is an active adult community located in Gahanna, Ohio. This community has 100 well-maintained homes conveniently located near the busy city of Columbus.

The Villas of Gahanna Homes & Real Estate

The Villas of Gahanna was built by Epcon beginning in 1993 with two different home models, ranging from 1,064 square feet to 1,758 square feet. There is a one story Villa floor plan with two bedrooms and two full baths. The two-story Chateau floor plan has two bedrooms and a den that could be used as a third bedroom, and a full bathroom on each floor, with the addition of a half bath on the first floor. Each floor plan comes with a one-to-two car garage. There is also a first-floor laundry room in each unit, as well as an outdoor patio surrounded by a privacy fence.

The Villas of Gahanna Amenities

The center of The Villas of Gahanna is the clubhouse, with a multipurpose room that has plenty of space for gathering with friends as well as an exercise room. Outdoors, residents will find an outdoor pool and patio. Residents of this cozy suburban community will live a relaxed lifestyle as a homeowners’ association fee covers all exterior maintenance to common areas and homes. Homeowners of this community will no longer have to worry about tasks such as snow removal or landscaping.
