Country Manor is a 55+ community located in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Country Manor is a gated neighborhood that was designed specifically for active adult homebuyers with low-maintenance single-family homes.

With indoor and outdoor amenities that meet both social and physical needs to stay active, it's easy to see why Country Manor is the perfect place for retirees in Central Pennsylvania. The community's close proximity to major roadways, makes it easy to take trips or find a variety of shops, restaurants, and daily conveniences.

Country Manor Amenities

The heart of the social scene at Country Manor can be found inside of their well-appointed clubhouse. The clubhouse's spacious multi-purpose room and fireplace lounge is the perfect place to host parties or gather for fun activities. There is even a catering kitchen and library. Balancing a fit and active lifestyle is simple because residents of Country Manor have access to the clubhouse's exercise room.

Outside, residents can enjoy walking, biking, or jogging on the trails that are found throughout the community. Additionally, there is a gazebo that overlooks the fully stocked fishing pond and two shuffleboard courts.

Country Manor Homes & Real Estate

Opened in 2001, Country Manor consists of 130 single-family homes. These charming homes are designed in nine floor plans that range from 1,230 to 1,876 square feet of living space.
