Forest Ridge in Warrington, Pennsylvania is an attractive community that welcomes residents aged 55 and better. Developed by Ryan Homes, Forest Ridge contains 132 low-maintenance condominium units that have elevator access and ample parking. Living in low-maintenance homes provides residents with more time to take advantage of the indoor and outdoor amenities offered throughout Forest Ridge and the Warrington area.

Forest Ridge is situated in Bucks County, which is known for its rich history and culture as well as shopping and dining opportunities. The community is accessible to major roadways which makes visiting the big-city attractions of Philadelphia a breeze too.

Forest Ridge Amenities & Lifestyle

Residents throughout Forest Ridge have full access to the community clubhouse. The clubhouse is located within walking distance from all of the units and offers a friendly environment for residents to gather with neighbors and make new friends. Forest Ridge’s clubhouse has a multi-purpose room that can be used to host neighborhood parties, club meetings, classes, or simply a place to relax.

Forest Ridge is a lovely wooded community that has 132 condo units throughout eleven three-story buildings. Ryan Homes developed open floor plans that have approximately 1,400 to 1,700 square feet of living space. Forest Ridge’s homes also feature open kitchens, private balconies, secured entries, and elevator access.

Residents pay a reasonable association fee that includes common area snow and trash removal, landscaping, and common area maintenance.

Forest Ridge is located in Warrington, Pennsylvania. This active adult condo community is situated just off of Bristol Road, west of Route 611. Living in Forest Ridge offers endless opportunities for entertainment throughout Warrington and Bucks County. Residents can easily drive to Philadelphia for sporting events or a night out on the town. Also, residents can take a train to Philadelphia or a bus to New York from Doylestown, Forest Ridge’s neighboring town.
