Wakefield Meadows is a quaint 55+ community located in Wakefield, Rhode Island. This community was built by Del Webb and offers 142 attached homes available on a resale-only basis. Residents of the neighborhood enjoy the quiet, low-maintenance lifestyle inside the community with numerous opportunities for recreation and entertainment nearby.

Although there is no clubhouse inside Wakefield Meadows, residents enjoy an event lawn and veranda with benches located in the center of the community. Beautiful walking and biking trails surround Wakefield Meadows where homeowners can enjoy leisurely strolls while getting fresh air.

Wakefield Meadows Homes & Real Estate

Wakefield Meadows was developed by Del Webb between 2009 to 2015. The community consists of 142 low-maintenance attached homes available on a resale-only basis. Homebuyers can choose between three floor plans ranging from 1,990 to 2,186 square feet of living space. Each model offers two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

All models have first-floor master suites, second-floor living spaces, and unfinished basements. These models provide open floor plans and low-maintenance exteriors perfect for active adults.

Wakefield Meadows Lifestyle

Residents have time to spend with family and enjoy their hobbies due to the great low-maintenance lifestyle offered at Wakefield Meadows. An annual homeowners' association fee covers general maintenance of the community grounds as well as lawn care, snow removal, and trash pickup.
