Cresswind Charleston in Summerville, South Carolina is a 55+ community near the Charleston area. Located within the master-planned community of The Ponds, Cresswind is an active adult neighborhood that offers spacious floor plans with first-floor primary suites.

Cresswind Charleston will offer great amenities to live a socially and physically active lifestyle. Residents enjoy living in a quiet yet convenient location near golf courses, medical centers, and other services.

Cresswind Charleston Amenities 

The center of this active adult community is the 12,000 square-foot The Club at Cresswind clubhouse. The Cresswind Charleston clubhouse has a gathering space ideal for games, activities and events. It includes a demonstration kitchen as well as a fitness center, making it easy for homeowners to exercise at their convenience.

The amenities continue outdoors. There are bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and an outdoor pool. An event lawn and outdoor amphitheater offer plenty of space to enjoy special events and performances.

Cresswind Charleston Homes & Real Estate

Kolter Homes began construction of this community in 2015 and about 650 homes are expected upon completion. Homebuyers can find a new home offered in two collections.

The Sawgrass Collection offers four models that range in size from 1,454 to 1,784 square feet. These homes include two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The Tidewater Collection includes five plans that have between 2,018 to 2,547 square feet of living space. These homes include at least two bedrooms, a den, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. All homes throughout Cresswind Charleston include optional second floors and customizable design choices.
