Lexington Villas Amenities

The amenities offered in Lexington Villas provide both an active and social lifestyle. Within the clubhouse residents can join friends and neighbors in a card or billiards game. The catering kitchen is an excellent feature of the clubhouse for hosting your own party or attending one of the community holiday parties. The outdoor pool provides an excellent place to relax poolside or enjoy a dip on a hot summer day. Also outside of the clubhouse is a fire pit where residents enjoy each others company at night.

Lexington Villas Homes & Real Estate

Started by Epcon in 2008 Lexington Villas consists of 94 attached and single-family homes, offered in nine models with open floor plans and low-maintenance exteriors. Models in the Courtyard Collection range in size between 1,200 and 1,994 square feet. All homes in this collection offer at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-and-a-half-car garage. Each model also has its own private courtyard giving homeowners a secluded place to relax. The Palazzo model is also available as a detached single-family home.

The second collection in the community is the Cathedral Collection which offers between 1,725 and 1,880 square feet of living space. The two attached models in this collection each have at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Master bedrooms in the Cathedral Collection have suites with private bathrooms and walk-in-closets.

Lexington Villas Lifestyle

While there is no activities director in the community, residents have established various clubs to socialize with each other. Holiday parties are also planned for residents throughout the year. The low-maintenance living in the community gives residents freedom to enjoy the community amenities and pursue their hobbies.

Area

Located in Lexington, South Carolina near Highway 20 Lexington Villas offers easy access to the rest of South Carolina. Just a short drive away, Columbia has excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment. Golfers will enjoy the many surrounding golf courses which are open almost all year. Lake Murray is just two miles from Lexington Villas and is a favorite among locals.
