Colonial Village is an active lifestyle community in Lebanon, Tennessee that offers 146 attached and single-family homes dedicated to active adults aged 55 and better. This particular neighborhood shares wonderful amenities with the rest of the single-family homes throughout the Colonial Village community. These 55+ residences are located on Plymouth Drive in Wilson County.

This is a really nice neighborhood tucked back off the main road. Really liked the community layout and home designs. There is an older section and a newer one that is still developing – this makes the prices attractive for a lot of folks. Like the low-maintenance idea too.
