I bought here because I loved the area when visiting friends. Clean and friendly community. I thought I was purchasing in a 55 plus community, which is what the website said before a recent revision. I wanted to be around people my age and not kids or their toys/bikes. Seems that now all ages can purchase here – not what I was looking for anymore.
