The 4700 Series offers four models—Hadley, Oakwood, Brookmeade, and Richland—ranging from 1,959 to 2,805 square feet. Floor plans include two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features in some homes include kitchen islands, covered porches, outdoor fireplaces, and flex spaces. Some homes also include upgrades such as a three-car garage, a mudroom, or a two-story foyer.

In the 5200 Series, there are six models known as the Crocket, Horton, Montgomery, Radnor, York, and Royal plans. Models in this series range from 1,396 to 2,663 square feet and feature two to three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Homes in this series may include features such as open-concept great rooms, fireplaces, dens, and covered porches. Custom options include a loft, walk-in showers, and additional bedrooms.

The 6000 Series offers two models. The Donelson ranges from 2,044 to 2,733 square feet with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Master suites may include a walk-in closet and a separate tub and shower. This series also includes the Manhattan model, which has 2,313 to 2,813 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms as well as a flex space and a walk-in pantry.
