HiddenBrooke is a 55+ community in West Springfield, Virginia. This active adult neighborhood contains just 91 condominium units, making HiddenBrooke an intimate and friendly community where everyone becomes fast friends. HiddenBrooke's amenities allow residents to bond over common interests or to meet fitness goals.

Residents of HiddenBrooke can enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle, giving homeowners more time to do as they please within the community or exploring the surrounding area. HiddenBrooke has all the elements to make it a highly desirable 55+ neighborhood in Northern Virginia. 

HiddenBrooke Amenities

Homeowners within HiddenBrooke often gather in the common room. There are card tables for enjoying all kinds of games and a library is on hand for finding a new favorite book. Staying in shape is easy with the exercise room that has cardiovascular and weight-training equipment. Homeowners can make a meal for friends in the catering kitchen or share a meal in the bistro.

HiddenBrooke Homes & Real Estate

HiddenBrooke has 91 units that were built between 2004 and 2005. These units range in size from approximately 1,366 to 2,465 square feet and offer two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a garage parking spot in the building. Some units contain a den, french doors, hardwood floors throughout, private outdoor spaces, and crown molding in an open and inviting floor plan. 

Units are arranged in four different buildings. Each building contains four floors that are elevator accessible and have an elegant, marble entrance. 

HiddenBrooke Lifestyle

Residents of HiddenBrooke enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle with like-minded neighbors. Homeowners often gather for friendly games of cards. Neighbors also meet for crafts or to socialize with each other. Thanks to the homeowners' association (HOA), there is more time to do as they please. The HOA fee covers exterior maintenance, sewer, as well as snow and trash removal.

Area

HiddenBrooke is located in Virginia's Fairfax County. A few minutes from the community's entrance are several shopping centers that have everything a resident could need including Michaels, Trader Joe's, fast food restaurants, banks, FedEx, gas stations, and grocery stores. Interstate 95 is nearby for regional travel while Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is just 15 miles away and is also accessible via public transportation.

Golfers will love having Springfield Golf and Country Club a couple minutes from HiddenBrooke and the area also has several renowned parks. Big-city entertainment is a short drive away with Alexandria and Washington D.C. in the immediate area.
