Southern Development began construction in 2008 with a planned 102 homes upon completion. Residents can choose between single-family or attached home options. The attached homes come in two models: Clifton I and Clifton II. Clifton I has 1,449 square feet with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Clifton II has 2,467 square feet with two bedrooms, a den, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. The Clifton II floor plan has an additional loft space on the second floor that can be converted into an additional bedroom. 

This community's single-family homes also come in two separate plans: Magnolia and Savannah. The Magnolia has 1,649 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. The Savannah has 2,417 square feet with three or four bedrooms and two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms. Both plans have attached two-car garages. All homes here boast main level living, abundant natural light, gourmet kitchens, and nine-foot ceilings in a different combination of styles.

Being just off Thomas Jefferson Parkway makes getting around town a breeze, while farther travel is made possible via Richmond International Airport that is about 70 miles away. Palmyra also has the University of Virginia Medical Center.

Palmyra has plentiful opportunities for exploring the outdoors with the Fluvanna Heritage Trail, Lake Monticello, and Pleasant Grove Park. Golfers will love having the Lake Monticello Golf Course just a couple minutes away.
