My wife and I have been living here since June 2006, and are still loving it. Getting use to the Homeowners Association (HOA) rules can be challenging, but not a game changer. The social aspects are terrific, or, if you choose, you can live very private. The physical location, in among the small communities of Catasauqua, Northampton, Coplay, is convenient to most anything one would need, shopping, dining, recreation and so on.
