Pelican Preserve by WCI Communities is a master-planned, active adult community on Florida’s tranquil Southwest coast. This 1,100 acre gated golf course community is a botanical paradise located just off I-75, within 15 miles of downtown Fort Myers and 40 miles north of Naples.

Construction at Pelican Preserve began in 1998, and at that time the community was known as Sun City Fort Myers. In 2003 the name was changed to Pelican Preserve.
