Four Seasons at Renaissance in Durham, North Carolina, is a brand new active adult community set in a prime retirement location. As a new community, Four Seasons at Renaissance is still in the process of building a central amenity center. Plans have been made for a 7,000 square foot clubhouse which will include many of the amenities found within active adult communities around the country. These amenities will include a fitness center, card room, ballroom and library.

Outdoors, the amenities at Four Seasons at Renaissance will include a swimming pool, putting greens and tennis facilities. Residents will also be able to enjoy a game of bocce ball, shuffleboard or horseshoes. Scenic ponds add to the community’s natural beauty and walking trails make it easy for residents to jog or take a casual stroll around the grounds.

Four Seasons at Renaissance Real Estate & Homes

The lovely homes at Four Seasons at Renaissance include single-family homes, attached villas and attached townhomes. Upon completion, the community will contain an estimated 455 residences. Homes within the community are divided into four different groupings: The Village Collection, The Carriage Collection, The Classic Collection, and The Premier Collection.

The Village Collection includes front and rear entry two-story townhomes, ranging in size from 1,821 to 2,287 square feet. These spacious homes include two or three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Each model offers a first floor owner’s suite, kitchen, dining room, family room or great room, and a one- or two-car garage. Many townhomes also include unfinished storage space and a covered back porch.

The Carriage Collection is comprised of attached villas, which range in size from 1,087 to 2,276 square feet. These one or two-story homes feature open floor plans, and each has two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Each floor plan is designed with a modern kitchen, a family room or great room and a spacious owner’s suite. Homes also include a two-car garage and an attached outdoor storage shed.

Both The Classic Collection and The Premier Collection contain ranch-style single-family homes. Floor plans in The Classic Collection range in size from 1,650 to 2,300 square feet, while The Premier Collection offers slightly larger homes ranging from 1,904 to 2,500 square feet. Homes in both collections include two to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as two-car garages. In addition to the modern kitchens, family or great rooms and spacious owner’s suites found in The Classic Collection, homes in the Premier Collection feature a formal dining room and a breakfast nook. Many homes also include a formal living room or study and a covered back patio.

Though Four Seasons at Renaissance has a Durham address, the community is located in the heart of the triangle area between Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Research Triangle Park lies just east of the community and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport is to the west. The community itself is just north of the I-40 and I-50 interchange on Page Road.
