Drew and Lacey, along with Ken Oakes were so helpful in getting my home sold. They communicated with me each step of the way and provided so much assistance by contacting a local charity and coordinating the pickup to getting a great house cleaning team to my house on Labor Day! Drew also coordinated the few repairs for me while I was out of town. They made the entire process very stress free and I can’t thank them enough for making everything as easy as possible, on me. Oh, and my house was on the market less than a day and I received a large amount over the asking price.

Ira with Team Lehman goes the extra step in communicating to you, accomplishing tasks and offering expert advice in all aspects of the selling and buying experience. For example being out of state we were not knowledgeable about Arizona real estate laws and procedures. Ira explained all aspects of the ins and outs of buying property in Arizona. We were looking for a 55+ community and IRA presented all that were currently selling houses. Between all of us we selected the house we purchased in Queen Creek
