My husband and I have purchased several homes in Bakersfield and Tehachapi, and have never experienced a realtor as “On it” as Judy Miller. The home we purchased was in probate, and Judy with her vast experience and professionalism, assisted the listing realtor on the many steps that had to be taken to sell a home in probate.
