Matt started his career in real estate in 2004 after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate. He relocated from Tallahassee to Tampa after accepting a position with Pulte Homes. As he gained more experience and exposure to the industry, Matt began to advance through management with multiple national builds in the Florida market. He worked as the Tampa Regional Sales Manager for D.R. Horton Homes and as the Vice President of Sales for Beazer Homes.
Matt also obtained a Masters Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale in 2014. Matt has become a market expert in Tampa Bay area and calls South Seminole Heights home. Matt believes that his experience and expertise in the market helps him provide his clients with sound advice and takes a lot of stress out of the purchasing process. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to put clients at ease are his specialties.

This is the second time Matt has listed and sold a home for us. We consider him to be a Master in his profession. He certainly knows the market and how to get top dollar. We had a full price offer within a few hours after Matt posted our listing. He was prompt in answering questions and navigating us through the process. He always eased our concerns.
