Rick Perkins

Rick has worked in the real estate industry since 1985. As a native of Richmond, VA, Rick graduated from JR Tucker High School and furthered his education at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in real estate and economics. Shortly after graduating college Rick joined one of the top real estate companies in the market where he was awarded the opportunity to be the first sales associate at Wellesley, a master planned community in Richmond’s west end, developed by HHHunt Communities. Rick left HHHunt after 11 years to join Del Webb. His assignment took him to north Florida where he participated with the company in the start-up and completion of 8 large scale Active Adult communities. He gained a great appreciation for the important priorities of the 55+ buyer.

Having spent 14 years with Del Webb, Rick gained a tremendous understanding of how to take into consideration the physical, social, and intellectual/cultural dimensions and dynamics of this buyer segment. Rick’s success has been built around his understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and customer service overall.
