Being a real estate agent for 55+ communities is a rewarding experience for me, as it involves working with clients who often share tremendous life stories. The opportunity to contribute to their journey by sharing my knowledge and experience in assisting them with purchasing a new home is a gift. In terms of professional experience and credentials, I am proud to be an Associate Broker with over 36 years of experience. My extensive background includes working in general brokerage, new homes, and HOA leadership, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. This wealth of experience allows me to offer clients a deep level of understanding and knowledge, recognizing that their home is one of the most significant assets in their lives. My main tip for those searching for a 55+ community is to keep an open mind with each of the communities and prioritize what's important to you, what makes the Richmond Metro area great is the abundance of activities beyond what one might expect in an area of similar size. From unique restaurants to attractions like Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, Altria Theater, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, and the Science Museum, the area offers a diverse range of cultural experiences. Additionally, the community enjoys baseball with the Flying Squirrels, the scenic James River, and easy access to transportation routes, an international airport, and proximity to both the mountains and the beaches. In my spare time I love hiking and spending time with my family. I enjoy golf with friends and just staying active.
