I had the good fortune and privilege of meeting Scott a year ago when my mom of 93 years young (at the time), decided it was time to sell her home and go into an assisting living facility. It was Scott who assisted every step of the way, helping her navigate all that goes into the selling/moving process and even went above and beyond with getting my mom settled into the Assisted Living facility. Without Scott’s professional guidance and experience, not to mention patience, this whole process could not have taken place. Beech Realty assisted us with the purchase of a home in Myrtle Beach. We are out of town and Scott was fantastic in finding the home in the area, the amenities we were looking for, and being close to the beach for a golf cart ride.
