About Scott Beech

Scott is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Beech Realty, which services all of Myrtle Beach and the entire Grand Strand region. Scott is originally from Ohio and spent almost a decade working in the senior living industry prior to focusing on real estate. He has helped more than a thousand seniors transition from their home into 55+ communities across the country. He and his wife Tracy moved to Myrtle Beach 8 years ago and are very familiar with the region and all the 55+ neighborhood options throughout.
