St. Cloud, Florida is rapidly emerging as an excellent alternative to living in Orlando. St. Cloud is close to Central Florida’s largest city and also within an hour or two of coastal cities like Tampa and St. Petersburg to the west and Daytona Beach to the east. For active adult buyers who want a 55+ community in St. Cloud that features affordable new construction homes and resort-style amenities, Del Webb Sunbridge might be exactly what they’re looking for.

Del Webb Sunbridge Is Coming Soon

Del Webb Sunbridge is under construction and just five miles south of Lake Nona and Medical City. This 55+ community is expected to consist of 1,300 single-family homes and attached villas. Buyers will be attracted to the low-maintenance lifestyle and the endless possibilities for socializing and mingling with neighbors. A full-time lifestyle director will be on-site to plan classes and lessons, encourage parties and social events, and generate participation in clubs, trips, and other activities.

Prices are expected to start in the low $200s. New construction homes have several customizable options available, allowing buyers to choose the finishes.

Del Webb Sunbridge Homes for Sale

There are two floor plans for the attached villas. They are 1,543 or 1,579 square feet with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The Kendrick and Ellenwood models include den space as well.

For buyers interested in single-family homes, there are 12 models to consider in the Distinctive Series and Echelon Series. They range from the Prosperity model, with 1,670 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, to the Stellar Grand model, which has 3,452 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and four or five bathrooms.

The single-family homes come with attached garages for two or three cars, and many of them have at least one extra room to be used as a den, an office, or an extra bedroom. Most models come with a kitchen island, an open floor plan, and outdoor space. Large walk-in closets can be found in all master suites, and buyers can decide if they prefer the standard single-story homes or if they want to add a loft space to the plans.

Del Webb Sunbridge Amenities: A Preview

Planning for the community amenities is underway, and soon buyers will get to see the 27,000-square-foot clubhouse, which will include a fitness center and movement studio, where residents can take aerobics classes or do some yoga. Multi-purpose and meeting rooms will also be available, and a demonstration kitchen will host catered events and holiday parties.

Other amenities planned for Del Webb Sunbridge include a ballroom, an arts and crafts studio, a health and wellness center, and a heated spa. Residents will enjoy the zero-entry, resort-style pool and the spacious outdoor patio.
