Heron Pond is a new 55+ community in Woodstock, Georgia. Built by Windsong Properties, construction of this great active adult community began in early 2014 with plans calling for 75 single-family homes. Residents of this gated community will enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle with a private clubhouse overlooking a scenic pond in a convenient area.

Heron Pond Amenities & Lifestyle

Residents of Heron Pond can look forward to enjoying a quaint and private clubhouse. Once complete, the clubhouse will be the center of activity in the community with opportunities for both physical and social recreation. Inside the clubhouse there will be a fitness room, gathering room, game room, and catering kitchen. Homeowners will be able to start clubs and host events such as card clubs and potlucks on a regular basis. Walking and biking trails as well as beautiful park space and a scenic pond will also offer a great way to stay active outdoors.

Heron Pond Homes & Real Estate

Windsong Properties began construction of Heron Pond in 2014 and plans to build 75 low-maintenance homes with private courtyards. Heron Pond is offering a variety of single-family floor plans ranging from 1,908 to 2,608 square feet of living space. These models have two or three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
