All 75 acres of the community lakes are open for catch and release fishing and offer complimentary rowboat, canoe, and kayak rental which is free to residents. The Village Park includes 4.5 acres of natural surroundings with a half-mile of interconnecting walking, hiking and biking trails throughout the community to maximize the potential of the scenic landscapes within the community. The Village Park also includes family swings, hopscotch courts, and a fire pit and pavilion.
In addition to the master-planned amenities available to all residents of the greater community, The Springs residents have access to their own clubhouse. The Springs clubhouse has a gathering room, catering kitchen, outdoor pool, and patio.

Average Rating for this Community
If you love spending time outdoors you will love this neighborhood. The grounds are trails and beautiful all year long. We love walking through the community after dinner or first thing in the morning. Our home here is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. We are 100% satisfied with our decision to move here. The clubhouse is fantastic and there are wonderful events here like the hot air balloon festival we had last month.
This is being sold as an over 55 community and it is anything but that. Any age person can buy a home here. Sterling on the Lake is a family community with many many children. The traffic on Capitola Farm Rd. is already a massive problem and this community is certainly not welcomed by all the residents who already live here. Don't make the mistake of believing the locals are happy about this congested subdivision.
