This community offers attractive condos available on a resale-only basis. There are two three-story condo buildings with 12 units in each building. Each condo building has elevator access and secured front entrances. Condo units range in size from approximately 1,028 to 1,809 square feet. Each condo unit features a galley-style kitchen, energy-efficient design, washer and dryer hookup, private patio or balcony, and individual storage rooms in hallways or adjacent to patio or balcony.
