About Gayle Freel

Gayle Freel, was my real estate agent she made my experience GREAT! How? By consistently making herself available whenever I contacted her. She consistently took my calls and answered my texts in a timely manner-whether she was on her way to meetings or at home working – she even took my calls while sick. If she couldn’t call, she’d promptly let me know and tell me when she’d get back to me. I was never worried she would NOT respond. This move was from a house I lived in for 18 years in PA to my dream home in Florida. I did this move entirely by myself. Gayle Freel held my hand through the entire process. I was trudging through this not feeling very comfortable – a little scared. But Gayle was not only my realtor but someone who came along side me and walked me through every day – giving me ease of mind with every step. She did this by talking to me on the phone and sharing her personal experiences with me. This gained my trust which really contributed to my comfort level. This was, unfortunately not the experience I had with my team who sold my home – and this is what made me appreciate Gayle so much more. I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt – Gayle rose far above my selling team in professionalism and making me feel like a valued customer. At the peak of my experience when things started to get tense in the selling part – I would call Gayle to help me understand things that my selling agent would not take the time to explain to me. Gayle even took it upon herself to read my sellers contract (FOR THE HOUSE I WAS SELLING) and voluntarily pointed things out to me that I didn’t realize or didn’t understand. On multiple occasions the information she offered me on the seller side of my experience – often gave me piece of mind. Gayle Freel went above and beyond : 1) during the initial visit – she video called me in so I could see the condo virtually. 2) She offered to watch my dog during closing if needed. 3) She also offered to arrange for the closing to be at her office where my dog would be allowed to stay with me. 3) She offered advice as though she was my coach when my selling team wouldn’t respond to my calls, emails and texts. 4) She was my advocate in negotiating fees for my new home and pushing for repairs to be made on a sale that stated “as is”. 5) Took calls when I was sick. 6) recommended vets – insurance companies. 7) My selling agent never seemed to be willing to offer me information or offer to give me information that would give me understanding when I didn’t even know what questions to ask. Michelle and Gayle however, would anticipate my questions and volunteer information to me to give me understanding All the mentioned above may seem like little things but in a high stress situation where my selling team was just making things so much worse – these were major to elevate some of that stress. To me Gayle went above and beyond consistently throughout my buying and selling experience, she was always honest and straight forward with me the whole time. All my interactions with Gayle assured me she was for me and I never felt as though she was against me. What a beautiful welcome and a beautiful way to start the next chapter of my life.
