Megan helped us find a home in Sarasota and also sold our home in Apollo Beach. She's extremely knowledgeable of the Sarasota market and a tough negotiator. She's very detail orientated, personable and a pleasure to work with.

Megan Finke has been absolutely exceptional. We began working with her over a year ago when she introduced us to Del Webb and Crosswinds as well as several other communities in Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding areas. At that time she understood that we were still researching what area and type of community we wanted for our retirement. Megan understood all our “dream house” requirements and worked endlessly to try to match them. When the Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch seemed like our perfect community but was sold out she met with us throughout covid via zoom to discuss lots at the azzario and offer suggestions about homes and communities. We made plans to meet with her early January and she made herself immediately available for an entire Sunday when we first arrived and then again last week when we worked through choosing a lot and structural options for our new home at Cresswind in Lakewood Ranch. We can’t speak more highly about any realtor we have ever worked with.
