Sandra is the daughter of a 30-year Army Veteran and spent much of her childhood in Germany. She is also the wife, sister, and mother of Military Personnel and has an understanding and appreciation of the diverse needs of military families and individuals. She came to Central Texas to attend Texas State University and graduated with a degree in Communications. She fell in love with the beauty of Central Texas and decided to make this area her home. Now a longtime resident of the area, she has extensive knowledge of the community and surrounding areas.
When not helping clients with their real estate needs, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family and pets, as well as traveling with her husband David and pursuing her love of photography. She also enjoys educational studies and has attained her Graduate REALTOR Institute Certification as well as her Military Relocation Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and many other real estate courses to expand her capacity to service all her clients to the best of her ability.

We were not even sure what we were looking for when we started looking for a 2nd home with Sandra - it took all her knowledge and expertise to guide us to our perfect spot. We had a more unusual purchase because the sellers were a group of heirs who had put the sale in the hands of the courts. We relied on her persistence and skill to guide us through that maize successfully. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. We are so grateful for her help!

We recommend Sandra absolutely without reservation. We were selling our house in Wimberley while living in Tennessee during all this COVID 19 craziness making travel very difficult.
